Highlights:
Today was a "routine" setting day. We discussed thoughts and ideas of the different ways we can use Ignite Time to get ready for learning. Ideas were plenty!!
We started to work on our stamina for read to self. It was pretty amazing to see the whole pod focused on their own books and staying in one spot the whole time. We reached 8 minutes today and had to stop them as we had to move on to phys. ed. Tomorrow we will aim for more time of focused reading.
After our visit to the Coulee yesterday, we continued practicing our ability to make detailed sketches. Students were challenged to see the details of their chosen object from the Coulee.
