Reminder that our parent information night is this evening.  The Joy Pod teachers are presenting about building resiliency through making and building using the design process.  We hope to see you there!

The students had a great time this afternoon continuing on with their design challenge of creating a marble adventure contraption.

The grade 3 students are ready to present their reader's theatre performances to the grade 4 students.

In mathematics, the students are practicing to become automatic with their multiplication facts through repetition and learning tricks to help them remember.

Wednesday, February 26

We had a fabulous walk today in the coulee, exploring the land as we study artifacts that date back 10,000 which were found right here in Tuscany.  The learned about reciprocity as they learn to give back to the land when the land offers us something.  We also tested our snow goggles and we are proud to report that they were really quite helpful when walking across the field of snow with the bright sun shining up. 

This afternoon we continued our multiplication and division work and worked on writing.
