If you have, they might belong with your child at school. We still have students missing their indoor shoes from home.
Students working with Mrs. Kinsman's 'Book Clubs' are finishing up their book projects this week. Students need to bring their novels and response journals to school every day for the remainder of this week since they will be working with Mrs. Kinsman every day. The last in-school day for this project is Friday, January 10. Students will be expected to hand in their novel and response journal with three completed responses (Title Page; 3 Character Sketches; Action Plan with 6 panels of pictures/words) on Monday, January 13, 2020.

HIGHLIGHTS
This morning we spent our time learning about simple machines. Students were given the task of observing a variety of items with a variety of design characteristics. They came up with a list of verbs to describe how to make the various items work. They were challenged to group them according to their common characteristics.
Students continued to work on their typing skills for 40 minutes today! As you can see fingers on the home row are coming along.
In math students were challenged with a multiplication puzzle where they had to identify rows and columns and create multiplication sentences from them.
